1. If you received any misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product. In case of packages lost in transit, submit your claim within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, if the error is our fault, we’ll cover the expenses.

2. If you notice any issues with the products or your order, kindly contact our Customer Service via email at support@funshionstyle.com.

3. The return address is automatically set to the Printful facility. Once they receive your returned shipment, you’ll receive an email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

4. If you provided an insufficient shipping address, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address (if applicable).

5. Unclaimed shipments returned to Printful facility will require you to bear the cost of reshipment (if applicable).

6. Please note that we do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

7. If you decide to return products, face masks, or request size exchanges, they will be at your expense and discretion. Please contact us before returning any items. For customers in Brazil, please reach out to our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item, providing a picture of the product. Note that refunds won’t be possible for items that are used or partially damaged.

8. EU Customers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to your specifications or personalized, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
